When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card is charged upon placing the order through our web site.

Can I place an order via telephone? Yes! Just call the Dallas store 214-366-2910 and ask for Meggan. If you have any questions concerning availability, sizing, or just need help picking out the perfect Tween gift give us a ring!

Do you charge sales tax? For all you Lone Star State Residents you must pay your regular tax. All others are sales tax exempt.

May I use my BeTween Scene gift card for online purchases? Yes, just enter in your card number or call the store for assistance.

Shipping:

What are your shipping rates?

How will you ship my order? All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless an alternative shipping choice is selected.

How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders that are in stock ship within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. During holiday seasons please allow several days for possible delays in shipping and receiving. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5 business days depending upon location. We currently only ship in the U.S.A. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to extra shipping charges. We do not ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes and all orders must be shipped to the same billing address as the credit card made to purchase the order. Shipping Rates: We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping. On larger or heavier items additional shipping charges may apply. Alright, alright you want it RIGHT NOW! We can do 2nd Day shipping for $25 and for NEXT DAY shipping $35.

Returns:

BeTween Scene wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges will gladly be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase on items that have not been worn, altered, washed and still have original tags on them. Please note: We DO NOT refund shipping and handling charges.

Please pack and seal your box securely and make sure to include a copy of your original receipt. Please make sure to include all of your purchase information so that we can credit you accordingly. We recommend that you insure your package. This will allow you tracking and recourse in the case that you package is lost in return, as we can’t be responsible for packages that we do not ship.
